One Bloor West · Tridel · Relaunch & Pricing
Where pricing stands, how the 2026 relaunch will work, and what it means for buyers.
Pricing
One Bloor West prices for the relaunch have not been published. The original presales averaged about $1,816 per square foot.
Court filings show the earlier pricing was considered significantly below what the Yonge and Bloor area supports today. With larger suites, a near-complete building and a branded hotel component, relaunch pricing is expected to be reset to current market levels.
